Reviewers express disappointment with Annie's services, noting a lack of professionalism despite her friendly demeanor on the phone. One customer describes a positive initial interaction, highlighting her pleasant attitude when arranging the visit. However, the experience quickly deteriorates, as the reviewer mentions that the person who arrived was not the expected individual. This mismatch raises concerns about reliability and consistency in service delivery. Overall, while the staff's friendliness is acknowledged, the significant issues with service fulfillment overshadow any positive aspects. The prevailing sentiment is negative, reflecting dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
