Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Alex, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer notes that Alex was readily available, indicating a positive aspect of her accessibility. However, there are no clear positives or negatives highlighted in the review, leaving a lack of specific feedback on staff attitude, product quality, or fees. The absence of additional reviews makes it difficult to gauge overall customer satisfaction or common complaints.
