I have seen Kai a few time now and each experience continues to improve. Convenient north midtown location in safe, new upscale apartment. Navigating access the first time is a little tricky given security but worth the effort. Greeted at the door by very attractive Asian with long blonde hair. Proceed upstairs to massage room and discuss and settle on hour hour session. Shower is offered and accepted. After drying off proceed to lie on table face down and Kai begins her very sensual soft touch massage. If your looking for a CMT massage, this isn't it, but what you experience is a relaxing, unrushed Asian AMP type massage. As you decompress from the light touch, the teasing begins and expectations of what's next start to get juices flowing. The flip is worth the wait. Non- vipers highly recommend.

Kai operates out of an apartment in the Cheshire Bridge area, which is mostly sketchy but has undergone some gentrification lately. She doesn't live too far away from me, so I thought this could become a regular, ATF kind of thing if worked out. Boy, was I wrong. For one thing, she upsells, which I always find disappointing. Unfortunately, I was really hopeful that this could become a convenient provider for me, so I went with the upsell. Again, I should have gone with my instincts and stopped right there, but I moved forward. Non-VIPs, you can safely avoid Kai, particularly if you don't like upselling, a below-average massage and someone who's just not into the service. Overall, a very lackluster experience.
