Reviewers express mixed experiences with Lilly, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, one customer appreciates the efficient two-call system and the welcoming atmosphere, noting that the staff is friendly and accommodating upon arrival. Another review mentions a pleasant experience with a specific provider, indicating satisfaction with the service received. However, there are significant complaints as well; one reviewer expresses disappointment with a provider who did not meet expectations, suggesting inconsistency in quality.
