TS CeCe is an Atlanta-based provider offering incall and outcall sessions. Reviewers describe her as a busty, attractive woman who looks better in person than in her photos, and most report she is friendly and quick to answer calls, with a two-call system for her gated incall location outside the city. Lived in a nice community. Was a bit of a commute but that was entirely on me. I walked into this apartment and sat for a moment as I waited for her to come to the door. As she finally opened the door to let me in, I stumbled into a busty looking stallion in lingerie ready to start a good time.
Lives in a gated community. Felt very safe. Well unfortunately that's where the good stuff ends. Was greeted by a big beautiful woman that wouldn't even make eye contact or smile. Definitely would not reccomend or repeat. VIPs read on...
I called CeCe and she answered the phone right away. She was super nice to talk to and wanted to know what I was interested in. I told her what I was looking for and she said not a problem and gave me directions to where she was staying. I called when I arrived and she gave me the exact location. When I knocked on the door and she opened it I was really surprised. She looks so much better in person. Super sexy with large beautiful breasts popping out of the little outfit she was wearing. Non VIP, I would definitely repeat. VIP read on...

I would and will go back. She is genuinely versatile. She was pleasant but seemed a little unmoved as a bottom (Which, if I am being honest, is probably a sign that my stroke game needs improvement.) She was a great, great top. I do wish that there was a little bit more variety but I didn't ask for anything else. Seriously, if you are a power bottom, she is the lady to talk to.
Cece has an incall location outside of Atlanta but HAVE A GPS to find it! 2 call system to her house, non VIP's she has it and gives it! Recommend and will call her everytime I am in Atlanta
