Possible scam. Was asked to video verify and make a deposit of half, which I don't like doing, but seemed legit after the video call (which I did). Got to location, difficult parking situation, difficult getting into apartments. Was told to go to the third floor, and then asked to wire rest of payment before getting apartment number. I asked if I could pay cash as soon as i got to apartment and was told she does not accept cash. I cut my losses and left. YMMV. Be careful with this one.
