Malan Reviews

Reviewers express a mixed sentiment towards Malan, with a notable emphasis on the speed of response, as one customer highlights the quick answers received. However, the same reviewer also mentions dissatisfaction, wishing for a refund and describing their experience as "not a fun time." This suggests that while the company may be prompt in communication, there are underlying issues that leave customers feeling unfulfilled. The lack of clear positives or critical themes indicates a need for improvement in overall service satisfaction. Overall, the sentiment is neutral, reflecting a balance of quick responses but unresolved customer issues.
