Sent an e-mail with a few references and a particular day & time in mind - everything went fine and Ivy's assistant (Amber) contacted me to let me know everything was go. So the day before I had received an e-mail with the directions to the apartment with a note to contact Amber upon arrival. Now - I live south of Atlanta outside the perimeter and for a 10 AM appointment, I left around 8:30 to take care of the particulars (Gas, Coffee, ATM, etc.) knowing that traffic is unpredictable. The apartment was outside the perimeter north so let's say 50 miles to travel. I am right on schedule with enough to spare to pick up another coffee before I call when my phone rings and its Amber saying Ivy is not where I am - but 25 miles south. So, since I was 30 minutes early, I literally do a U-Turn while talking to Amber and head south. When I arrive I am given the elevator code and room number and behind the door is a very young sweet looking Korean girl. I actually met this cute-next door neighbor like provider after a cancellation by another agency (issues with apartment repair - totally understood). The agency connected me with Ivy's booker who totally arranged my appointment last minute - after some screening. Totally professional. Thumbs up to both agencies for being timely and prompt. After arranging a two hour appointment, I was directed to a newly developed apartment complex. Very safe, easy parking, and very modern (keep in mind that this part of town is being revived - and it is well done). Arrived at the door to see a very cute K-girl in a school outfit.
