Reviewers express significant disappointment with Ella, primarily due to misleading photos. One customer, FELTSHIMANO75, notes that the images advertised do not accurately represent the actual product, except for a minor detail like the red hair. This lack of authenticity leads to a feeling of dissatisfaction, as expectations based on the visuals are not met. The review highlights that the overall experience falls short, with no positive aspects clearly mentioned. Customers are left feeling misled and frustrated, indicating a need for improved accuracy in marketing materials. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a lack of trust in the company's representation of its offerings.
