Blue is an awesome Vietnamese Lady that provides the Korean level of service! Mid to late 20's Viet girl that is easy on the eyes and has an irresistible body. PO provides very clear directions. Parking can be a bit of a bother: visitor parking was full when I went there, and street parking was a bit of a walk. So, give yourself an extra 5 minutes, Blue is worth it! I sure will see her again.

Short, bubbly, enthusiastic service, agree with other reviews about comparing to Korean level service. Difficult to tell but my guess is mid 20s to early 30s with work done as others mentioned- some semblance to photos. Still pretty and in good condition, can definitely understand being a favorite for others- won't repeat for my own preference but would recommend trying.
