Reviews for Ava overwhelmingly reflect dissatisfaction among customers. Both reviewers express disappointment with the authenticity of the advertised images, noting that the person who provided the service did not match the photos. While one reviewer mentions that the provider had a nice body, this is overshadowed by the overall negative experiences. The massages are described as mechanical and lacking in personal touch, leading to a decision not to return. The setting is also criticized, with one reviewer describing it as an older townhome, which may not meet expectations for a professional environment. Overall, the lack of genuine representation and the quality of service contribute to a negative sentiment surrounding Ava.
