Reviews for Anna reveal a predominantly negative sentiment, with customers expressing disappointment regarding the service. One reviewer notes a last-minute call that resulted in clear directions, indicating some level of responsiveness. However, the overall experience is marred by complaints about the accuracy of the provider's appearance compared to her photos, leading to dissatisfaction. Another review highlights a frustrating wait time, with a 30-minute appointment starting with a 5-minute delay, which adds to the negative experience. The lack of consistent quality and reliability in meeting expectations is a common theme among the reviews.
