Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Monroe, highlighting a lack of trust and poor service experiences. One customer describes a particularly negative encounter, claiming that a staff member took their money and never returned, labeling the experience a "rip off." Another reviewer mentions a sense of being abandoned, indicating that non-VIP customers feel neglected compared to VIPs. While one review offers a neutral perspective, it does not provide any positive feedback or specific praises for the company. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with consumers warning others to avoid Monroe based on their experiences.
