Kelly is an escort and massage provider in Tampa, Florida, offering incall and outcall sessions. A reviewer writes: "The pic is not her, but it is a fair representation."
Standard two call system. Kelly was available within 1 hour of my call. The pic is not her, but it is a fair representation. I like young thin blondes. There was no reviews, but I decide to take one for the team. The only thing I could say is that was, a big mistake. I got ripped off. It could have been bad timing or bad luck, but I do not think so. I would advise to stay away from this one.

We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express significant dissatisfaction with Kelly, highlighting a lack of transparency and reliability. The only review available indicates that while the response time to calls is prompt, with Kelly being available within an hour, this is overshadowed by concerns regarding the authenticity of the service provided. The reviewer notes that the picture used does not accurately represent the individual, raising issues about misleading advertising. There are no positive aspects mentioned beyond the quick response time, and the absence of additional reviews further contributes to a sense of distrust. Overall, the feedback reflects a negative sentiment, indicating that consumers are left disappointed with their experience.
