Reviewers express a mix of experiences with Fallon, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, one customer praises the ease of communication and the attractive, capable staff, noting a willingness to please. Another reviewer shares a surprisingly pleasant experience after initial hesitations, indicating a level of satisfaction with the service. However, there are significant complaints as well, with a critical review describing a negative encounter where the individual felt ripped off, despite the initial ease of contact. This mix of feedback suggests that while some customers appreciate the service and staff, others have had disappointing experiences that overshadow the positives. Overall, the sentiment leans slightly positive, but caution is advised based on the negative reviews.
