At my advanced age you would think I should know by now when one of these women states No drama ... No up-sale ... No bait & switch in her ad she will do all of the above. That's is what Ceci did. Pictures are not her. A lot of rules. Not worth the money. Won't be back but it's my fault because I should have followed my gut.
I found myself in milwaukee, which isn't exactly the hotspot for hobbyists, and could really find nothing from TER or other services that struck me...so I went out on a limb and found Ceci off backpage. Called on a tuesday and she was unavailable as she was in Chicago...told me to call back on Friday. On Friday, I called, and I am glad I did....non-VIPs, the photos on the ad are not her, but she is quite attractive and the photos don't misrepresent...I will repeat if I find myself back in the area.

We're all about transparency. Providers and establishments can't pay to alter or remove reviews from Top Ten Reviews.
Reviewers express mixed feelings about Ceci, highlighting both positive experiences and significant frustrations. One customer appreciates the service, noting that they found themselves in Milwaukee and were pleasantly surprised by what Ceci offered, despite the city not being a hub for hobbyists. However, another reviewer criticizes the company for misleading advertising, claiming that the promises of "no drama" and "no bait & switch" were not upheld, leading to a disappointing experience. This sentiment reflects a broader concern about transparency and reliability. While some customers may find value in the offerings, the negative feedback regarding trust and service quality cannot be overlooked. Overall, Ceci receives a divided response, with equal parts satisfaction and disappointment.
