Avoid at all costs, she has some guy come and collect the fee and then he leaves and she never answers the door.

SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! This girl (or couple) will set up a meeting with you at their condo. He walks around from the back to meet you and asks for the the donation. he then says "wait 2 minutes and walk on in the front door". he then walks back around the back of the house. They (if there is a they) don't live there. He dissappears with the money. Save yourself the hassle. Total scammers. STAY AWAY.
