Goddess Victoria visits DC with some regularity and usually puts an ad on backpage. I had seen her pop up several times, but had not pulled the trigger because of her extensive rules and limited menu. However, I was intrigued when she posed that she was offering duos. I contacted to see what the rules would be for her duo partner. She was purposefully vague and implied I would be get a significant amount of the experience I was looking for. And, while I did have a decent time, I was not happy that the rules were significantly more prohibitive than she implied. I will not repeat.
