Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Lucy, with one review rating the service at 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer, Eddie19833, mentions attempting to set up an appointment with other providers but ultimately chose Lucy. However, there is a notable concern regarding the clarity of the images on the website, as the reviewer indicates that the picture is blurred and does not accurately represent Lucy. Despite the lack of clear positives or negatives in the review, the experience seems to be satisfactory enough for a middle-of-the-road rating. Overall, the feedback suggests that while there may be potential in the service, clarity and representation could be improved.
