Called the agency for Kenza who was not working. Jade was suggested as an alternate. She was described as British of West Indian background which was accurate and was not yet on their webpage. Coming from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami would take 45 min to 1 hr. It ended up taking a little over 2 but the agency called to warn me. Upon arrival, she presented as a tall, exoticly striking woman with a slight British accent. After entering and taking care of business, we proceeded to talk. This was pleasant and she obviously has some education.
