Reviewers express disappointment with Bebee, highlighting a lack of delivery on promises despite the staff being described as "super nice" and "very sweet" over the phone. The positive aspect of the staff's attitude is overshadowed by the failure to meet expectations, as one customer notes that the service did not align with what was promised. The location in Brickell is mentioned as a nice feature, but it does not compensate for the overall negative experience. Consumers feel that the service is not worth the effort, with one reviewer advising potential customers to "stay away." Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting significant dissatisfaction with the service provided.
