Due to guideline restrictions for reviews, I can't get into details about some things, but something is going on behind the scenes, and I think it has to do with the person(s) who book Amanda doing a bait and switch. Ping me for details. That's happened before with another companion ...but anyway, I digress.
I will outline what happened just the other day, and people can make their own decisions. I have many, many other details that even Stephen King could not have conjured up - ping me and I can fill you in about what happened in more detail, because I do not want people out there being scammed. Amanda has a bunch of great reviews on other sites, so that is why I am throwing in the detail about booking thru agents.
1) I called the number, listed on the Cityvibe ad. It is interesting to see that the Eros ad for Amanda which was up one day ago (June 6th 2010) has been pulled today (June 7th) ...hmmm...
2) After initially being told that Amanda was not available, Sue (the agent listed on Cityvibe) later called back and told me Amanda's schedule had changed and that she could make it.
3) The provider who showed up was NOT Amanda, or at least it was not the girl in the photos. Now, I made the mistake of not declining the companionship and I admit that, but I am sure many of you can relate to the awkwardness of finding yourself in that situation. In retrospect, I regret not acting on my instinct and asking the companion to leave. Worse, the service was horrible.
4) After it was over, I sent some texts to the Sue. I admit I was pretty PO-ed. I did not expect or prepared for a bait and switch because Amanda has consistently excellent reviews.
5) After several texts back and forth, Sue told me that she actually went through another agency in S. Florida - we will call it agency A. , and that Agency A had sent the this girl over.
6) Now I totally do not get this whole process of calling one person, who then calla another agency, to send a girl over. The explanation was that Amanda does calls for both Sue and Agency A, and when Sue could not reach Amanda directly, she called Agency A. Weird enough?
In any case, someone is out there trying to rip people off.
Whoever did this might have thought I would go away with a whimper, but I am making this claim LONG and STRONG for my fellow hobbyists so they don't get duped out of their hard earned $$$$.
So my caveat to fellow hobbyists: BEWARE WHEN YOU BOOK AMANDA - SOMEONE BEHIND THE SCENES IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND DOING A BAIT AND SWITCH, probably when Amanda is not available.
