Reviewers express disappointment with Abbey, noting significant issues with punctuality and misleading representations. One customer reports a service that arrived two hours late, which negatively impacts the overall experience. Additionally, there are concerns about the agency using attractive photos that do not match the actual individuals sent, leading to feelings of dissatisfaction. While the review does not highlight any positive aspects, the lack of further complaints suggests that there may be potential for improvement. Overall, Abbey struggles to meet customer expectations, resulting in a mixed sentiment that leans towards the negative.
