Reviewers express disappointment with Melissa, noting a lack of consistency in service quality. While some customers mention that the agency has had good experiences in the past, recent visits reveal a troubling pattern of dissatisfaction. The reviews highlight a "typical 2 call system" that leads to varying experiences with different staff members, particularly the Baltic women, which seems to contribute to the inconsistency. One reviewer specifically mentions that they were seeking a "quick fix" but found the service lacking. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, with no clear positives emerging from the feedback. Consumers are left feeling that the agency does not meet their expectations, leading to a lack of repeat business.
