Reviewers express a mixed experience with Inga, noting a lack of clear positives in their feedback. One customer describes a frustrating situation where they had to wait an additional 30 minutes for their appointment, which reflects poorly on the company's scheduling and time management. The location is also criticized, described as a "run down condo," which detracts from the overall impression of the service. While there are no standout positive aspects highlighted in the review, the fact that the appointment was eventually honored suggests some level of commitment to customer service. However, the overall sentiment leans towards disappointment due to the delays and the condition of the premises. Overall, Inga appears to have room for improvement in both service reliability and facility quality.
