tough to get a hold of. No voicemail so had to keep calling. called night before and made appointment for next day. Called an hour before as requested, no answer. This should have been my first tip to stay home. Finally answered an hour later and acted like we had not talked the night before. Reset appointment, called when I got there and had to wait another 15 minutes past our scheduled time (second tip that I should have stayed home). Finally got room and had to put up with a clock and phone watcher (she had three of them!). Non VIP, move on
