Nice person and looks like pics but constant delays and terrible incall location makes this a non-referral.

Texted her, no answer, called her answered. Sent strange verification then got her location and was on my way. Arrived and called for the room #, was a spaced out convo but eventually got the room #. Knocked and a tiny lady greeted me. Was not worth it, can not recommend.

I saw Zoey in February at her incall in DC. I'll echo what most of these reviewers say...while she is a tiny little spinner, the lead up to meeting and the location of the meeting were incredibly difficult and disgusting, respectively. I cant recommend this one at all.
