Reviewers express a mix of experiences with Sophie, highlighting both positive aspects and some concerns. Many customers appreciate her approachable nature and the ease of setting up appointments, with one reviewer noting that she is "very nice" and in good shape. The positive feedback also includes satisfaction with her professionalism and the quality of her service, as indicated by the surprise of one reviewer who plans to return. However, some complaints arise regarding the massage technique, with a few finding it to be lighter than expected. Additionally, there are mentions of discrepancies between her advertised age and appearance. Overall, while there are commendable qualities about Sophie, the mixed feedback suggests room for improvement.
