Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Shannon, as indicated by the single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The customer notes that the staff member was eager to assist and made an effort to reach the location, initially facing transportation challenges. However, the review does not highlight any specific strengths or weaknesses beyond this interaction, leaving a lack of clear positives or negatives. The experience seems to hinge on the staff's willingness to help, but the uncertainty around the initial transportation issue may have contributed to the customer's hesitation.
