Arrived at hotel, went to room, she answered in jeans and unsexy top. She looked absolutely frightening, sallow, gray complexion (maybe that's why she's Grayson?), considerably overweight. Looked nothing short of a hardcore drug addict. Visible jailhouse/homemade tattoos; more like a streetwalker than escort. Room was in complete disarray. Used her cellphone for non-essential phone calls while I was in room.
