Reviewers express mixed feelings about Diamond, with an average rating of 2.5 stars. While one customer notes a satisfactory experience during their first visit, they mention that the second encounter was less impressive, attributing it to a possible off day for the staff. Another reviewer describes their initial excitement from online ads but ultimately finds the experience average, particularly critiquing the appearance of the staff upon arrival. There are no standout positive aspects highlighted in the reviews, and the overall sentiment leans towards disappointment, with common complaints about inconsistency in service quality and staff demeanor.
