Crystal Reviews

Reviewers express a generally positive experience with Crystal, highlighting her friendly demeanor and efficient scheduling. One customer appreciates the inviting environment and notes that Crystal is quick to get to business during appointments. Another reviewer mentions a pleasant phone interaction when arranging a visit. However, there are significant concerns regarding reliability, as one individual reports a frustrating experience with a two-hour delay and a subsequent no-show for an appointment. This inconsistency in service has left some customers feeling dissatisfied. Overall, while many appreciate Crystal's professionalism and the quality of the environment, the issues with appointment reliability cannot be overlooked. The sentiment leans towards positive, but the negative experiences indicate room for improvement.
