Reviewers express disappointment with Toya, highlighting a significant disconnect between the advertised images and the actual service provided. One customer, JIMMYFCK2003, notes that while the individual was not unattractive, she did not match the appealing photos seen in the advertisement. The review indicates that the appointment felt misleading, contributing to an overall negative experience. Additionally, the mention of the individual's dental appearance suggests concerns about professionalism and presentation. Overall, the lack of positive feedback and the focus on unmet expectations lead to a sentiment that is decidedly negative.
