Reviewers express mixed feelings about Michelle's services, with an average rating of 2.5 stars. One customer appreciates the convenience of the two-call system and the location, noting that it was easy to find her room. However, another reviewer criticizes the overall experience, mentioning that while the initial contact was straightforward, the quality of service did not meet expectations. There are no standout positive aspects highlighted, and the lack of clarity in the offerings seems to contribute to dissatisfaction. Overall, while there are some logistical positives, the negative feedback regarding service quality overshadows them. The sentiment leans towards disappointment.
