I'd get on board with the better-in-person crowd.  She's more petite but also more fit.  I'd also say prettier than I expected from her pictures. I'd say the operative word might be tentative (not to be confused with reluctant), but only until she's pointed in the direction.  Then she has the initiative to go it on her own.
