Reviewers express a mixed experience with Allison, noting that while the service is accessible, it can be frustrating to navigate. One customer mentions needing to make multiple calls to receive directions, which they found annoying. The limited information provided during these calls contributes to a sense of dissatisfaction. However, the fact that the service is reachable suggests some level of availability. Overall, the lack of clear positives and the highlighted inconvenience indicate that there is room for improvement in communication and guidance. The sentiment leans towards neutral, reflecting the mixed nature of the feedback.
