Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Britany, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The reviewer notes that the pictures of the hotel looked appealing, which is a positive aspect. However, they experienced delays, having to wait 30 minutes after calling from the airport and an additional 15 minutes upon arrival before receiving their room number. While the hotel itself is described as nice, the lack of timely service detracts from the overall experience. There are no clear standout positives or negatives beyond these points, indicating a mixed experience that leaves room for improvement. Overall, the sentiment is neutral, reflecting a balance of satisfaction and frustration.
