Reviewers express a mixed sentiment about Essence/Summer/Natasha, with all three reviews landing at a neutral 3-star rating. Customers note that the two-call system can lead to confusion, as one reviewer ended up at a Hollywood motel and experienced significant waiting time. While the physical appearance of the provider is mentioned positively, with one reviewer noting she looked young and attractive, the overall environment is criticized, particularly regarding cleanliness, as another reviewer described the motel room as a mess. Additionally, there are concerns about the authenticity of the advertising, with one customer pointing out discrepancies between the pictures in the ads and the actual appearance of the provider. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the experience seems inconsistent and leaves room for improvement.
