Reviewers express significant disappointment with Sha Sha, particularly highlighting issues with misleading representations. One consumer notes a negative experience where the individual met was "much older and plainer than advertised," leading to feelings of dissatisfaction. The two-call system also appears to contribute to confusion, as it directs customers to locations that may not meet their expectations. Overall, there are no positive remarks or redeeming qualities mentioned in the review, indicating a lack of trust in the service provided. This singular review reflects a broader sentiment of frustration and unmet expectations. Overall, the sentiment is decidedly negative.
