I am greatful to have TER available to really pre-screen providers as much as possible through their profiles and reviews. I had been following reviewers on Julia’s profile for a while. Finally decided to check her out. I emailed her to find out her availability and had to go thru her thorough screening process (But Easy). We then chatted several times on the phone prior to my trip.
