Reviewers express a neutral sentiment towards Vivian, with a single review rating it 3 out of 5 stars. The experience described includes a typical two-call process to reach the provider's room, which some may find standard in this context. The reviewer notes that the provider was dressed in lingerie and welcomed them with a hug, suggesting a level of warmth and personal interaction. However, there are no clear positives or negatives highlighted beyond this interaction, leaving a lack of detailed feedback on aspects like service quality or fees. Overall, the feedback does not lean strongly in either direction, indicating a mixed experience.
