Agency. Girl may deliver FS, but unwilling to try. I called and showed up at a cheap hotel in Studio City. Girl in photo was close, but a little more weight than girl in photo. Although not fat. Gave the fee. Then she started asking for tip to continue. I was not willing to chance an agency scam. So I refused the "tip." She did deliver a below par massage topless. Did not allow any touching. Was out in less than an hour. Definitely an agency. Those who are willing to venture further with the "tip" may give it a chance. I'm not.
