Should have taken the advice of the previous reviews and rearranged or bailed out. I saw Jena hoping she might be the tiny Jena of old, but no such luck. This experience was fine but not really good. I didn't check On-time as I'm beginning to suspect this org of using text messaging delays "did you get it" as a way to stall for time. Not certain yet, but I've seen it twice now when arriving promptly and feel it's cutting into my time a little bit. I guess that's shrinkflation for ya.

Jena doesn't look like the photos. I used to like BGC but I question their tactics now. I would've been happier seeing real pics and knowing what I was getting than getting tricked.

Man this org is going down hill with attractive talent. Pictures are of Jena but add 40lbs. Walked into a chubby, flabby, triple chin witch. Felt like walking. Felt like bait in switch.
