Nice body but kind of a butterface (obviously photoshopped photos should have made that obvious...). Good and friendly service though, just set expectations appropriately.

Reviewers express mixed feelings about Una, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, customers appreciate the friendly service and the ease of contact, noting that the location is familiar and accessible. However, critical feedback points to dissatisfaction with the quality of the offerings, with one reviewer describing the product as having a nice exterior but lacking substance, suggesting that expectations should be managed. The mention of photoshopped images raises concerns about authenticity. Overall, while some aspects of the service are commendable, the product quality leaves much to be desired, leading to a predominantly negative sentiment.
