Mandy is a Chinese provider working through an agency in San Jose, offering incall sessions at an apartment complex. Reviewers describe her as a slim, pretty MILF who is on the younger side for her price point, with photos that are fairly accurate, though one notes she looked somewhat older than pictured. Clients report easy booking through the agency, a clean and improved location, and enthusiastic service at a reasonable value; opinions on the session itself are mixed, with some calling it good and others only just OK.

CMILF provider on the younger side, good services. Recommend. To the TER admin: she's back at https://sexyhouse.vip
Booking was relatively easy through the agency, after getting certified. Finding the location wasn't too difficult but it was at an apartment complex. Room was clean, but the property felt a bit older than I'm used to. Service was promised as expected, Mandy was enthusiastic with her performance. Her english was not great, but she speaks mandarin. She looked a bit older than her pictures.

Mandy is a MILF with nice slim body and provides good service
Mandy is a nice Chinese mainland MILF.
Mandy resembles her picture. Her hair is straight with slightly trimmed bush. Quite slim waist and is slim overall. She is one of the younger providers there at the price point. Mandy enhanced her boobs since I saw her last March.
This org has a new location closer to the NSJ most others reside. Many was available on short notice. Looks very much like her pics, mid 30s, and pleasant.
On the younger side compared to most you see here. Been busy and had the itch during my lunch break. Sent the text, got info and made my way. VIPs read on
I have used this organization many times for the value GFE service and have only been disappointed a couple of times. I have a friendly report with the PO and has been honest about recommendations. Based on her recommendation, I booked Mandy's first time of the day. This was at a new location which was a major upgrade from their original apartment complex. Funny thing, I met a very cute girl in her street clothes in the hallway as I was coming out of the elevator. She asked if I was looking for Mandy and she said I am Mandy. And thought wow she is very young and pretty and both walked in together and started our love journey together. Her photos are her and pretty accurate.
Nice looking, good service, improved location
Pretty Chinese GND, all natural upstairs (small Bs) and downstairs. She speaks pretty good English. Service is only just OK. Location is a maze.
I've used this org a few times and its actually good value for what it has to offer. This recent visit is at an upscale apartment but for the price of the cheap c-org motels. Can't go wrong with that... The ladies ranges in ages but Mandy is actually younger looking for the org. Good session, hopefully all c (milf) providers are improving like this..
I have used this organization many a lot for the value GFE service and have not been disappointed . I love the PO and has been honest with recs . I got green light and went to new happy place .
Tried Mandy based on her review. It was nice, given the price is reasonable lower than k-org. You get what you pay for. One thing to notice is they got a new apartment, which is much cleaner than their old one...

Reviewers generally find Mandy to be a decent provider, with a mix of positive and critical feedback. Many customers appreciate the good service and value for money, noting that the booking process is relatively easy and the new location is an improvement. Several reviews highlight Mandy's appealing appearance and slim physique, with some stating she resembles her pictures. However, there are complaints regarding the service quality, with some customers feeling it only meets basic expectations. Additionally, the location can be confusing to navigate, which detracts from the overall experience. While the agency has its strengths, particularly in terms of value and staff appearance, the mixed reviews indicate that there is room for improvement in service consistency. Overall, the sentiment leans slightly positive, but with notable areas for enhancement.
