Reviewers express significant disappointment with Latina Kay, highlighting issues with service quality. One customer notes that while the room was kept clean and felt safe, the overall experience fell short. A major complaint revolves around the photos, which had faces blurred, making it difficult to confirm if the girl in the photos matched the actual service provider. This lack of transparency contributes to a feeling of distrust. Despite the cleanliness and safety of the environment, the negative aspects overshadow any positives. Overall, the sentiment is decidedly negative, reflecting a lack of satisfaction among consumers.
