Reviewers express significant disappointment with Jess, primarily due to issues with punctuality. One customer, MRNICEGY20, notes that despite initial intrigue from her ethnic mix and photos, the experience was marred by her late arrival. The communication was lacking, as the provider only reached out as the reviewer was about to leave. There are no positive comments or redeeming qualities highlighted in the review, indicating a complete dissatisfaction with the service. Overall, the sentiment is overwhelmingly negative, reflecting a lack of professionalism and reliability.
