Reviewers express significant disappointment with Iris, highlighting issues related to misleading representations. One customer, SFAMPKING, strongly advises against using the service, stating that the pictures look appealing but ultimately feel like a bait-and-switch. Another reviewer, NICGUY21, notes that while the images appeared attractive, the actual experience did not meet expectations, leading to a lukewarm rating of three stars. The lack of clear positives in the reviews suggests that customers are struggling to find value in the offerings. Overall, the sentiment is predominantly negative, with consumers feeling misled and dissatisfied with their experiences.
