Two call system with the agency, the first to get the general area and the second to get the exact address. I was greeted by Quenny at the door, who wasn't the girl in the pictures but the proportions were accurate and she was quite cute! She seemed shy at first, but boy did that change once we entered the bedroom! For non-VIPs, I would definitely recommend her, but it seems they change the girls quite often (not sure exactly HOW often) so the girls may be different.
