Victoria is a nice girl, went through all the required motions, but not much more.

Web page lists 916 and 510 phone numbers. Since I wanted to see her in Sacramento I called the 916 number and left a message on her voice mail. She called back within 15 minutes and explained that for first time meetings we would need to meet at motel on Watt Avenue near McClellan AFB which would be an additional $54 over normal $300 for the hour. We arranged a time and she asked me to page her on the 510 number since she doesn't check the 916 one as often.
